The budget that builds the car is frozen. The revenue that funds the fight is wide open.

The 2026 cost cap fixes spend on car performance at $215 million, and it cannot be out-spent. Sponsorship revenue sits entirely outside the cap, and the commercial work that earns it does not draw on the car budget. Partnership growth is upside that strengthens the team without touching the one number that is locked.

III · How we are paid

Paid only on what we bring.

We take no salary and no retainer. We are paid a commission of 10% on the annual value of each partnership we originate, for the life of that partnership, stepping to 5 to 7 percent on renewals. You keep 90% of revenue that does not exist today, at zero fixed cost. The cap disciplines what the team spends on the car. Our fee is disciplined the same way, by results.
